Digital menu board service
Managed menu updates: you send the change, we push it
Most restaurant owners don't want another login. On a managed plan you email us the new price, the new item or the LTO artwork, and we load it, check it on every screen and schedule it by location and daypart. We also watch the hardware so a dark screen gets fixed before the lunch rush notices.

What's in the managed plan
| Track | What we do |
|---|---|
| Menu and content updates | Load, check and publish your changes per location and daypart. Breakfast, lunch and dinner variants. Per-store and per-region overrides. Holiday and LTO calendar locked a quarter ahead. |
| Health monitoring | 24/7 player and display checks, automatic alerts when something goes offline, remote fixes first, a monthly uptime report per location. |
| Hardware replacement | Failed CrownTV media player replaced within 48 hours at no charge during the contract. Display warranty claims coordinated with the manufacturer for you. |
| Field work | Crew dispatched through our nationwide install network when something needs hands on site. Spare players pre-staged for multi-location accounts. |
| Account manager | One named person who knows your menu, plus quarterly preventive checks. |
When managed makes sense, and when it doesn't
It makes sense when menus change often, when there are several locations, or when nobody on staff wants to own the screens. Pressed Juicery's menu rotates with seasons and promotions across juices, smoothies, bowls, soft serve and wellness shots; a missed LTO switch at one store breaks the experience, so scheduled publishing matters.
It doesn't make sense for a single café that changes two prices a year. Keep your Dashboard login, change the price yourself in a minute, and pay $20 a month per screen for software after year one. We'll say so on the call.
The workflow
- You email or drop the change in a shared folder, with the go-live date.
- We build it into the right zone on the right screens.
- We check it in preview against every location it touches.
- It publishes on schedule. Dayparts flip on their own.
- You get a confirmation. If a screen didn't take it, we already know.

Common questions
Managed service questions
What is a digital menu board service?
It means someone else runs the screens after install. With CrownTV's managed plan you send a price change or a new item, and we load it, check it on every screen and schedule it by location and daypart. We also watch the hardware and replace failed players.
How fast do you push a price change?
Send it with the date and time it should go live. Scheduled changes, like a new LTO on Monday at 6am, are set up ahead and publish on their own. Your holiday and LTO calendar gets locked a quarter ahead.
What does managed service cost?
Year one is included in the per-screen turnkey price, which starts at $2,950. After that, standalone managed service is scoped per project around screen count, how often your menu changes and the support level you want. Software alone is $20 per screen per month.
What happens when a screen goes dark?
Monitoring alerts us when a player or display drops offline, often before the restaurant notices. Most issues are fixed remotely. A failed CrownTV media player is replaced within 48 hours at no charge during the contract, and we handle Samsung warranty claims on displays.
Can I still make changes myself?
Yes. Managed doesn't lock you out. Owners and managers keep Dashboard logins and can change a price on the spot; we handle the scheduled and chain-wide work.
